No problem, just print off the order form
here Please include your hamper details, your full name, address,
postal code and telephone number. Please be sure to fill in the
delivery address if different from your own address. Leave a message
to be included in the hamper and remember to include £6.95
delivery charge for each hamper/item purchased.

Can we deliver a hamper at a specific time?
A:
Lake District Hampers.com cannot deliver on Sundays, Bank Holidays
or Christmas eve. We try to
deliver within 7 working days.

Does Lake District Hampers.co.uk have a secure payment system
online when ordering over the Internet?
A:
Yes we do! Lake District Hampers uses Paypal and Nochex to clear
any credit cards including Visa,
Mastercard and Switch. When using both systems you will notice
when you are entering your credit cards details that there is
a padlock symbol in the bottom right of your screen, this means
that the information cannot be hacked and retrieved by anyone
else as the system is 128 bit encrypted for your peace of mind.
All
credit card numbers are encrypted in the Paypal or Nochex software,
Lake District Hampers.com do not see any of your credit cards
details, we only hold your full contact details and product choice.
Q:
What is the last day of ordering for Christmas?
A:
The 18th of December is the last day to order for delivery for
Christmas day, however we would suggest that you try and place
your order as early as possible to ensure the goods can be dispatched
and the reach the person in good time!

Can Lake District Hampers send a Hamper abroad?
A:
Yes we can! If you see a hamper you wish to send abroad, then
simply drop us an email with your choice and the full address
and postal code of the country you wish to send it to. We will
then contact you back via email with the total cost. Please do
not place the order untill we have all the details.
Q:
How old must the reciepient be?
A:
As some of our Hampers contain alcohol, we strictly adhere to
the UK licensing laws and must stress that not only should the
order be made by an adult over 18 years old and the reciepient
should be the same.
